Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how a subscription to the Firmland platform, operated by Viyable Software Labs Private Limited (“Firmland”, “we”, “us”, “our”), can be cancelled by the business customer (“you”) who subscribes to it. Read it together with our Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancelling during the free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial and requires no payment to begin. You can stop at any time during the trial simply by not upgrading to a paid plan — you will not be charged. When the trial ends without an upgrade, access to the paid workspace is paused; your data is retained as described in our Terms and can be restored by upgrading later.

2. Cancelling a paid subscription

• You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee or penalty, from the Subscription / Billing section inside your Firmland workspace, or by emailing us (Section 4).
• Cancellation stops all future renewal charges.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — access is not cut off immediately.
• Cancellation usually takes effect within a few minutes of your request; you will receive confirmation by email.

3. What happens after cancellation

• At the end of the paid period, paid features are disabled and the account follows the data export and deletion process set out in our Terms of Service.
• Any refund of an amount already paid, where applicable, is governed by our Refund Policy.
• You can re-subscribe at any time to restore access to your account.
